Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tramadol combined with anisodamine(654-2) fin the treatment of acute renal colic. Methods 180 patients with acute renal colic due to ureteral calculi admitted in our hospital from January to October 2010 were randomly divided into A,B,C group.Tramadol was given in group A;Pethidine was given in group B;Tramadol combined with 654-2 were given in group C.To compare the therapeutic effect between the three groups after 60 min treatment. Results The total effective rate of mitigate Renal colic: group A was 60.0%,group B was 91.7%,group C was 88.3%. Conclusion Tramadol combined with 654-2 can significantly mitigate the pain in patients with acute renal colic, besides it is almost no addiction and worthy to be spreaded.
