Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of phloroglucinolon combined with tramadol in the treatment of gestational nephric colic. Methods Total 52 women with gestational nephric colic were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n = 26) was treated by pholroglucinolon combined with tramadol, and the control group (n = 26) was treated by anisodamine combined with tramadol. The effect to relieve pain and adverse reaction were observed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 92.3% and in the control group was 61.5%. The effects of lessening gestational acute kidney pain and adverse reaction between the two groups showed significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusions Phloroglucinolon combined with tramadol is the best selection in the treatment of gestational nephric colic among the non-anticholinergic medicine, which is worthy of clinical application.
