Abstract
【Objective】To investigate the intravenous infusion of tramadol in the treatment of renal colic.【Methods】Intravenous infusion of tramadol was compared with bucinperazine,or antispasmodic drug in the treatment of renal colic in randomized controlled subjects.【Results】Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher(P 0.05).The relapse rate was significantly lower(P 0.05).Among the side effects, urinary retention is significantly lower(P 0.025).【Conclusion】Tramadol infusion has good analgesic effect in renal colic and can be used as the treatment of renal colic in the Emergency department.
