Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of the Lidocaine combined with Anisodamine (654-2) in the treatment of renal colic. Methods 86 cases of renal colic were randomly divided into two groups, each group with 43 cases. The observation group were treated by lidocaine combined with anisodamine;and the control group were injected Pethidine purely. Then the rate of the easement of pain in the two groups and the onset time of eflect were obsrved. Results The total effective rate of the observation group although were slightly lower than the control group, but there were no significant difference of between the two groups for significantly efficiency, and the frequency of adverse reactions and strength significantly of the control group were more than the observation group. Conclusions The treatment Lidocaine combined with anisodamine for renal colic can be exempted from the use of Pethidine and other narcotic drugs and the risk of addiction and drugs to avoid the use of the red tape.It is a fast, efficient, safe method for renal colic with less adverse reactions, and suitable for emergency or community-based primary health care units as a first-line medication for renal colic. Key words: Renal colic; Lidoeaine; Anisodamine; Pethidine
