Clinical Observation on the Treatment for Early Diabetic Nephropathy by Aozhagelei Injection Combined with Milkvetch Injection

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of mickvetch injection(MI) combined with Aozhagelei injection on earlydiabetic nephropathy(EDN).Methods:84 patients with EDN were randomly divided into three groups,with 28 in each groups.After conventional hypoglycemic therapy for the patients in all groups,patients in group A were treated with MI,for group B with Aozhagelei injection and group C with Aozhagelei plus MI respectively.The therapeutic course for all patients was 3 weeks.The related indices of EDN before and after treatment were determined and compared,including blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Serum creatinine(SCr),urinary albumin excretion rates(UAER)and,HbAlc.Results:the levels of BUN,SCr,HbAlc,and UAER were significantly decreased in all 3groups(P0.01).and the decreasement in Group C was more significant than that of the other two groups(P0.05).Conclution:Aozhagelei injection combined with MI can decrease HbAlc,and UAER significantly in treating EDN and can improve kidney function.
