Observation on therapeutic effects of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical effects and value of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy,who were divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients for each.The observation group was given slow intravenous infusion of 20 ml of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection dissolved in 250 ml of Normal Saline once a day on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic treatment and hypertension control treatment.The control group was only given conventional hypoglycemic treatment,hypertension control treatment,hyperlipidemia control treatment and others.The courses of treatment for both groups were 2 weeks.Through observing and analyzing the blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) changes before and after treatment,the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results: The clinical effects of two groups were compared after 2 weeks.The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0% while that of the control group was 85.0%,with significant difference(χ2=4.5,P0.05).The BUN and Scr of the observation group after treatment decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(t=2.69,2.32,all P0.05).The BUN of the control group after treatment decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(t=2.07,P0.05) while the Scr improvement had no statistical significance(t=0.78,P0.05).The BUN and Scr decreases of the observation groups after treatment were both statistically significant compared with the control group(t=2.13,2.07,all P0.05).Conclusion: There are exact clinical effects of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection for treatment of diabetic nephropathy in slowing the deterioration of renal function.Through vasodilatation,anti-thrombus,anti-free radical damage and microcirculation improvement,Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection can improve patients' quality of life with protective and therapeutic effects.
