Abstract
Objective To establish a method for content detection of Puerarin in Gegenjianghuang oral liquid. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm); the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water( 30∶ 70); the flow rate was 1. 0 ml /min; the detection wavelength was at 250 nm; the column temperature was at 30℃. Results The values of Puerarin within the range of 0. 02 064- 0. 4 128 g had good linear correlation with the values of peak area( r = 0. 9 998),the average recovery rate was 99. 29% with 1. 57% of relative standard deviation( RSD). Conclusion The high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Gegenjianghuang oral liquid.
