Abstract

Objectives To explore the clinical relations among the serum level of C-reactive protein(CRP),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecular-1(sICAM-1),Serum amyloid A(SAA) and 28 controls were investigated in the study, and their with AMI,forty patients with UPA and 28 coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Forty patients with AMI,forty patients with UPA and 28 controls were investigated in the study and their serum level of CRP,sICAM-1,SAA were measured by ELISA.Results The serum level of CRP,sICAM-1 and SAA of the patients were significantly higher than that of controls'.Conclusions The level of CRP,sICAM-1 are risk factors of CHD.Their levels are positive correlation with severity extent of CHD and they are a valuable index on predicting prognosis.
