Abstract
Objective To detect the changes of serum amyloid A protein(SAA),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and investigate the significance in the pathogenesis of CHD.Methods We detected the levels of SAA,IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in 22 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),25patients with unstable angina(UA),30 patients with stable angina(SA) and 30 healthy volunteers. Results The levels of SAA,IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP were higher in patients with CHD than those in the healthy control group(P0.01),and had a tendency of AMIUASA(P0.05 and 0.01).A significant correlation were found between SAA and IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP(P0.01).Conclusion The levels of SAA,IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP which may be involved in CHD development and act as observational indices of patients condition, can prevent the acute coronary events in patients with CHD.
