Abstract
Objective:To observe the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients plasma levels of high sensitive C reactive protein(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hsCRP)homocysteine(homocysteine,HCY)levels,to explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:In our hospital department of internal medicine due to coronary heart disease(coronary heart disease,CHD)in 23 cases,because of ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ischemic cerebrovascular disease,ICVD)of 42 cases of hospitalized patients,a total of 65 cases as the observation group,select the same to other hospital examination of 101 healthy persons as control group,hsCRP and HCY detection comparison of two groups.Results:The patients in the observation group the plasma hsCRP,HCY levels were higher than those in the control group(P0.01).The observation group patients plasma hsCRP was positively correlated with HCY(r=0.128,P0.05).The Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that hsCRP,HCY is an independent risk factor of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Conclusion:The levels of hsCRP,HCY high level and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease closely related.
