Qing Zao Decoction Combined with Hydroxychloroquine,Leflunomide in the Treatment of Primary Sjogren Syndrome Controlled Observation

[Objective]To observe the Qing Zao decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine,leflunomide in the treatment of primary Sjogren syndrome clinical curative effect.[Methods]In our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 December were primary Sjogren syndrome: a report of 100 cases,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leflunomide,hydroxychloroquine treatment;the treatment group in the control group based on the use of selfmade Qing Zao decoction,1 doses of /d,oral.Two groups were observed after treatment for 6 weeks,12 weeks in the clinical situation.[Results]After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 78%,control group in the total efficiency of 44%;after 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 88%,control group in the total efficiency of 62%;the treatment group were better than the control group,in the course of treatment,the treatment group the rate of adverse reactions to 10%,controls the rate of adverse reactions in 12%,there were no significant differences.[Conclusion]Combined Application of the three drugs have synergistic effects,adverse reaction.
