Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression and relationship of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 in breast cancer. Methods: The expressions of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 in 138 cases of breast cancer tissues were determined by immunohistochemical staining. The correlations of clinical and pathological features with the expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The positive expressions of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 was 62.31%,59.42%,50.72%,43.47% and 60.14%.The expressions of ER,PR in breast cancer samples were correlated with the histopathology grade and pTNM stages(P 0.05).The expressions of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 were positively correlated with the lymph node metastasis and pTNM stages(P0.05).The expression of ER had a significantly positive correlation with PR(P0.05),had no correlation with P53 and had a negative correlation with C-erbB-2 and Ki-67(P0.01).The expressions of C-erbB-2,P53,Ki-67 had an insignificantly positive correlation(P0.05).Conclusion: The detection of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 protein expression in breast cancer is helpful for a better understanding of the biological behavior of breast cancer, and significant for individual treatment and prognostic evaluation.
