Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of ER,PR and C-erbB-2,Ki-67 in breast cancer. Methods The expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in 356 cases of breast cancer tissues was determined by immunohistochemical staining. The correlations of clinical and pathological features with the expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer samples was correlated to lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 was positively correlated with the histopathology grade and pTNM stages(P0.05).The expression of ER had a significantly positive correlation with PR(r=0.655,P0.05),the expression of C-erbB-2 had an insignificantly positive correlation with Ki-67(r=0.196,P0.05).The expression of ER and PR had a negative corelation with C-erbB-2 and Ki-67(r=0.323,r=-0.521,r=-0.302,r=-0.453,P0.05).Conclusion ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 can be used to choose treatment and forecast prognosis in clinical work.
