Abstract

Objective:To investigate the expression of Ki67 in the breast cancer tissue and its correlation with C-erbB-2、ER、PR and P53.Methods:The expression of Ki67、C-erbB-2、ER、PR and P53 in 133 cases of breast cancer were assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The result indicates that the total positive rate of Ki67 in breast cancer issue is 78.2%.The expression of Ki67 has significant correlation with tumor size and clinical stages(P0.05),but not with the patients' age or axillary lymph node metastasis(P0.05).The expression strength of Ki67 has positive correlation with that of C-erbB-2 and P53(γ0.172 and 0.280 respectively,P0.05),and it negatively correlates with the expression strength of ER(γ-0.193,P0.05).And there is no significant correlation between the expression strength of Ki67 and that of PR(γ-0.007,P0.05).Conclusions: The expression of ki67 is related with the occurrence and progression of breast cancer. And it can determine the progrosis of breast cancer.
