Effect observation of self-prescribed Jianweizhiwei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianweizhiwei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods All cases chosen were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Jianweizhiwei decoction,while the control group was given Weifuchun tablet.The effective rate of 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.54% higher than 60.71% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Treating CAG with Jianweizhiwei decoction has good efficacy,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
