Abstract
The legal right is a key component in the right system.Only when undergoing national will intermediary,the crude right can become the legal right sgstem,become people's actual tight,i.e.the actual legal-based right.The legal right has its characteristics of general right and its own essential features.The walue of the legal right lied in that it reflects that a country respects the demand of basis interests of a person as a person and attaches great importance to the basic personality independence,reflecting a country's comprehension to and concern for the deep layer of the human nature.In a country that works for the interests of people,it is an equalization point among individual,country and society,it has brought freedom,order and justice.
