On Realization of Legal Right from the View of Social Jurisprudence

Realization of legal right is the process of social self-identity from abstract right to society,and is the second leap of legal right.There are a lot of obstacles in the realization of legal right,such as taking-lead legislation of right,imperfect rules and some subjective or impersonal factors.In order to realize the legal right we should legislate carefully and avoid extension of legal right,we should deal with redress of legal right carefully and avert hegemony of legal right,and we should expedite the development of economy to realize really legal right.
