On the Emergence of the Legal Right of Economic Law

Change of production style creates different legal-right relations, which impel the shift of the legal-right mode. The legal-right relation of individual production is preservation -quantity relation in accord with traditionally public-private legal right. But the legal right of Economic Law is based on the increase-quantity relation, which is in accord with the legal-right relation of socialized production, and composed of the private right of Economic law and the public right of Economic Law. This is a different from traditional public-private legal right in essence. Modern legal-right system is a unity of the new and old legal right.
