It manifests an integrity of legal right and legal power.It reflects every person's benefit through the part of its own right, and reflects social common benefits through the part of power. From its material attribute, it is the reflection of science of law of the owned whole social wealth. From the aspect of social substance, it is the reflection of science of law of whole legal benefits (namely whole socialbenefits). From the aspect of law, it is the reflection of science of law of the integrity of right and power.
