The clinical comparative analysis of Dezocine and Morphine in the department of critical care medicine

Objective To probe into the clinical comparative analysis of Dezocine and Morphine treatment of analgesia and sedation in the department of critical care medicine. Methods Selected 60 patients in ICU.The patients were divided into Dezocine group and Morphine group randomly. dezocine group with venous continuously pumping dezocine(1.25mg/h);Morphine group with venous continuously pumping morphine(2mg/h);Record and compare the 24h,48h,72h pain visual analogue scale(VAS score) and adverse reactions. Results Two groups of pain VAS score were no statistically significant difference(P0.05). Compared with Morphine group adverse reaction rate was 43.3%,the patients in Dezocine group the adverse reaction rate was 16.7% reduce significantly,there were significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Compared with Morphine,Dezocine has effective effect to control the pain of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions was reduced relatively.
