The clinical comparative analysis of dezocine and morphine treatment of advanced cancer

Objective To probe into the clinical comparative analysis of dezocine and morphine treatment of advanced cancer.Methods Selected 86 advanced cancer patients in our hospital.The patients were divided into dezocine group(43 cases) and morphine group(43 cases) randomly.The patients in dezocine group were treated with dezocine injection.The patients in morphine group were treated with morphine hydrochloride injection.The clinical effect and adverse events of the patients in two groups with advanced cancer were compared and analysis.Results Compared with morphine group,the patients in dezocine group the rates of markedly effective,efficient and total effective were increased,and the rate of inefficiency decreased,but there were no significant difference(P0.05).Compared with morphine group adverse reaction rate was 32.56%,the patients in dezocine group the adverse reaction rate was 11.63% reduce significantly,there were significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with morphine,dezocine has effective effect to control the pain of patients with advanced cancer,and the incidence of adverse reactions was reduced relatively.It is suitable for clinical reference and further applications.
