In the several years of carrying out the new curriculum reform,its effect has already been embodied in the elementary educational reform gradually.Teachers are the subject and key of implementing the new curriculum reform.Whether they can carry out the reform will cause the effects directly.The new curriculum reform demands the teachers should have relative qualities in logos,in operation,in leading,in wisdom,in scientific research,in psychology and in study to establish democratic,equal and open educational theories for strengthening the inter-action of class teaching,leading the reform of learning methods of students,going with the wise,research and professional road and having healthy and complete quality to study all their lives long.
