The regulation of the reform in telecom system

To set up the efficient telecom regulation system is not only the most important task of the reform in China's telecom system but also a demand to improve its competitive efficiency on the telecom market after the departure of the state and the enterprise,and the reforms of the enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the current situation in the country's telecom regulation,the article puts forward a proposal on how to build the national telecom regulation system in a comprehensive,developing and systematical way.
