Study on Improving Our Telecom Regulation Legal System

Abstract

A lot of limitations still exist in our telecom legal system,especially in the telecom regulation law.These limitations have made negative affection on the course of our reformation of telecom industry.How to improve the legal system of telecom regulation is very urgent.This paper defines the telecom regulation law,the jural relation of the telecom regulation and the value of the telecom regulation law firstly,then analyses the main problems of present telecom regulation law,he author brings forward auctorial suggestions on improving our telecom regulation legal system from the following three aspects: perfecting the jurisprudence of telecom regulation;establishing independent telecom regulation authorities;and perfecting the rules of telecom regulation law.
