Abstract
Objective Our goal is to learn more about the nurses'sleep quality and analyze the impact of sleep-related factors.Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS) were applied.Results 290 questionnaires were issued,among them,245 were valid.The PSQI score was 5.88 +3.46,and the sleep quality of 27.3% of the nurses were bad.The higher the ESS score,the worse their sleep quality.Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to improve the sleep quality of nurses.
