Problems in Fundamental Education in Rural Areas and Measures

Rural education is of great fundamentality and comprehensiveness. However, its weak entirety has little been done to improve from the root. We have lots of difficulties in the fields of the direction of running schools, educational fund and the construction of teaching staff. We must pay much attention to these problems, find out ways to solve them and guarantee a good development of the rural education.
