Clinical Observation on the Effect of Huanglianruyi Ointment for Promoting the Healing of Infectious Wound

Objective:To observe the effect of Huanglianruyi ointment for promoting the healing of infectious wound,explain its mechanisms,and lay the foundation for its clinical application.Methods:100 patients who with infectious wound were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated by the ointment Huanglianruyi.The patients in the control group were treated by the routine western medicine.The wound healing time were observed for all the cases.The differences of wound area reduced rate,germiculture and secretion changes in the two groups were observed,after treated 2 weeks and 4 weeks.And the clinical effective rate was evaluated after treated 4 weeks.Results:There is significant difference in the rate of cure and the total efficiency between the treatment group and the control group.There is significant difference on wound healing time,wound area reduced rate,germiculture and secretion changes between the treatment group and the control group after treating 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Conclusions: The ointment Huanglianruyi is a good treatment on infectious wound which can control infection effectively and improve the patients' local symptom significantly.
