Clinical Observation on Junzhu Ointment in Promoting Healing of Infectious Raw Surface

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Junzhu Ointment(JZO) on wound healing.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Based on routine dressing change,the patients in treatment group and control group were treated with JZO and Shengji Yuhong Ointment respectively.The cure rate,total effective rate,wound healing time,wound minification,clinical symptoms,and germicultur of raw surface were observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 80.0% and 100% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(60% and 100%)(P0.05).Moreover,wound healing time in treatment group was statistically shorter than that in control group.The wound minification of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group in the 2nd and 3rd week(P0.01).And bacteriostasis of treatment group was better than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion:External application of JZO can promote wound healing and shorten healing time.
