Abstract
Different explants were used to be cultured on the 1/2MS basic culture medium dosed with different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA to induce clustered buds for quick proliferation.The effects of different explants,different hormone combination,different inoculum density on the shoot induction were studied.The results showed that the appropriate explant of Drosera peltata for shoot inducting was the rootless stem of seed seeding,the best inoculum density was 4×5 explants each glass,the best culture medium for proliferation of clustered buds was 1/2MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+agar 5.5 g/L.
