Correlation study between law attitude and personality characteristics of nursing undergraduate interns

Abstract

Objective To investigate the status of law attitude and personality characteristics of nursing undergraduate interns,and to analyze the correlation between them.Method A total of 523 nursing undergraduate interns were investigated with self- rating questionnaire for legal attitude and Eysenck Personal Questionnaire( EPQ).Results The total score of legal attitude was( 73.29 ± 8.86).Scores of external and neuroticism of nursing students were higher than the domestic norm( P 0.01),and the scores of psychoticism and disguising were lower than the domestic norm( P 0.01).The personality characteristics of nursing undergraduate interns was positively correlated with their law attitude( P 0.05).Conclusion The attitude of nursing undergraduate interns is active,the mood of personality characteristics is not stable.The students' personality characteristics is closely associated with positive law attitude.
