Stduy on the relationship of personality characteristics and professional attitude status of nursing student

Abstract

Objective:To describe nursing students' personality characteristics and professional attitude status,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods:600 nursing students as the subjects,were investigated by questionnaire of EPQ and the general state of self-questionnaire.Results:The average score of nursing student's professional attitude was 3.07.There was significant difference between the nursing students and the national youth norm in the result of questionnaire of EPQ;score of nursing professional attitude of extroversion dimension,neuroticism,emotionally stable group was higher than introvision,neuroticism,emotional instability group(P0.05).Conclusion:The dominant type of personality of nursing students was extroverted and stability personality,we should strengthen the cultivation of students' personality characteristics.
