Breeding of Fine-quality High-yielding Corn Hybid Jindan 80

Corn single-cross variety Jindan 80 was bred by inbred-line T14-3B(female) and 295(male) in Institute of Maize,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2003 as a medium earliness hybrid.According to Shanxi variety pre-test,regional test,production test and quality analyses,Jindan 80 could be adapted to different colonial densities.The plant population was 49 500～52 500 seedlings/hm2,and it could be 52 500～60 000 seedlings/hm2 in high yield field.Jindan 80 has the characteristics of high yield,fine quality,multiple-resistance,wide adaptation and high yield seed propagation and so on.
