Abstract

the permanent education concept proposes the requirement of ability in permanent learning,resource construction,supporting service and team cooperation for teacher's team building of the Open University.The Open University shall proceed with establishing concepts,strengthening cultivation,optimizing structure and improving appraisal to build the teaching staff as a team of exquisite skills,appropriate structure,distinctively featured in teaching,scientific research,management,learning support and technical service.
