Research on Problems and Solutions of Teaching Staff Construction at Open University

Teaching staff construction is one of the focuses of Open University which is an important strategic for building learning-type society.The quality of teaching staff building at Open University is at low level,and its structure is not reasonable.In order to improve the current situation,this paper puts forward the following proposals: strengthen the teachers’ moral construction to improve the overall quality of teaching staff;establish and perfect the training mechanism to improve teachers’ professional level;optimize the staff structure and expand team reasonably;innovative management ideas and perfect teacher management system.
