Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significances and rate of maternal-fetal ABO blood group and Rh blood group incompatibility in pregnant women.Methods:The blood samples from 702 pregnant women were collected before delivery and the ABO and Rh(D) blood type of the samples were identified.The lgG antibody titer of anti-A or anti-B of the ABO and anti-D of the RHD blood group were detected by the tube method.Results:The lgG anti-A/B titer of 351 cases were more than 64 in 702 pregnant woman whose blood group were O.The abnormal rate was 50.0%.The lgG anti-D titer of 3 cases were more than 64 in 21 pregnant woman whose blood group were RhD(-).The abnormal rate was 14.3%.Conclusion:Serum IgG antibody titers of pregnant woman were positively correlated with the incidence of HDN.ABO and Rh blood group antibody titer test in prenatal care for pregnant women can reduce the incidence of HDN disease.
