The Influence of Aristotle's Thoughts about Rule of Law on the Legal Construction

This paper analyses Aristotle's thoughts about rule of law.It proclaims the implications of rule of law and gives out its reason and commits it particularly.On the operation of the law,he thought the law would run through the law making,execute the law and keep the peace by the law.Finally this paper points out it's reference to our country.A harmonious society is a society of rule by law.There are inherent logic relations between harmonious society and legal construction.Socialist rule by law is of internal inexorable connection with socialist harmonious society.Every characteristic of the harmonious society includes the need to legal system,and puts forward the new demand to the national legal construction.
