Abstract
Construction of asocialist harmonious society will be a historical course for a long period,And it will also be a dynamic course at same time.The thesis conclusion comes to the that the foundation for construction of asocialist harmonious society is rule of law,the key is the operation of rule of law and the guarantee is law supervision on the basis of the analysis to rule of law,operation of rule of law and law supervision.
