Rule by Law: Institutional Choice of Constructing the Harmonious Society

Socialist harmonious society and rule by law have homogeneity nature,and they are all inevitable choices of the socialist society.The harmonious society must be a society governed by Law.It is proved by history that the harmonious society does not take shape naturally,but is realized while regulating.One of the realization means is to rule by law,which is an important foundation for a harmonious society.To a country,politics itself is an institutional,fundamental question.It can cseate a kind of basically institutional environment,which is of help to solve the social contradictions,get the social fairness realized,and mould the social spirit with friendly sincerity.This paper,by analyzing the value of rule by law,suggests that socialist harmonious society and rule by law is linked in nature.This paper also examines the ways of constructing the harmonious society from the perspective of rule by law,and concludes that rule by law is an institutional choice of constructing the harmonious society.
