On the Reform of Different Employment Systems in Urban and Rural Areas under the Perspective of Citizenalization of Farmer Workers

Employment has been the core issue in the process of farmer worker citizenalization.But there are great difference and inequality in admitance,traning,service and pay between farmer workers and citizen because of the different employment systems in urban and rural areas,which has produced a lot of unfavourable impact on the employment of farmer workers.Therefore,we should carry out reform and innovation in order to let labors in both urban and rural areas have equal chance to be employed.
