Effect of Farmer Workers' Acquisition of Urban Citizenship on the Economic Growth

To speed up the process of urbanization centering on the acquisition of farmer workers' urban citizenship is helpful to the accumulation of human capital for the development of the third industry,to the transformation of China's industrial structure,and to fuel the domestic demand,which will in turn boost the balanced and sustainable development of China's economy.Farmer workers are huge in number in China.Although they are counted into the number of urban residents in statistics,their lives have big difference from indigenous urban residents in terms of their single consuming pattern and low consuming level.China shall strengthen the education in rural areas,focusing on alleviating the human capital shortage of farmer workers;break through the urban and rural binary structure,eliminating farmer workers' worries by providing the same social security;and thus,lay a foundation for the transformation of farmer workers and the industrial structure in China.
