Abstract
Objective: By the way of investigating the doctors' present conditions to find out the problems of Qiqihar doctors' on-the-job-training in order to provide scientific basis for their possible solutions.Methods: Multistage sampling was adopted in six counties(cities) 13 hospitals of health trained personnel and questionnaire was used.The investigation objective was all the doctors in the village,and the investigation content was doctors' present state including village doctors' age,gender,educational level,their demand of continuing medical education,etc.SPSS13.0 software was applied to statistic and analysis.Results: Township health technicians aged 35 to 54,male and female(1:0.8) in proportion;health center(room) the doctors aged 35 to 54,male and female(1:0.21) in proportion,technical secondary school being the first and the highest educational background.Township health technicians(80.70%) and health center(room) the doctors(91.70%) hope that they could,through the rural students plan enter medical colleges to improve their level.The main obstacles to attend training class for health trained personnel are high cost,training incentive mechanism,training time and training methods.
