The concept of social construction in our country is only proposed lately,which means that society is to be rediscovered and understood.Where the society lies is the first issue of social construction.Along with the transition from socialist planned economy to socialist market economy,large amount of social problems and contradictions have emerged,which provides a line of thought to understanding the ideas of social construction.Social construction is possible,only when it should not only set up a sustainable social security network with wide coverage and moderate security based on the principle of equality,but also reconstruct a community of out-in friends,help one another in defense work taking family,occupation and community as unit.
