A Study of Social Construction in China since the Reform and Opening-up

Economic construction,political construction, cultural construction and social construction are four indispensable parts of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in which social construction is an important aspect. During the 30 Years of China's Reform and Opening-up, the Party and government attached an importance to social construction and put increasing funds into social construction. Social construction mainly includes four aspects: establishing a values system of fairness and justice, setting up a general legal system, new kind of social organizations appearing, and enhancing people's life quality. Although social construction has made significant achievements, there is still plenty of room for improvement. It is not only conducive to summing up experience and bringing new ideas for harmonious society but also to theoretical research on social construction to analyze systematically the implication of social construction.
