Abstract
One of the latest ideas of university students' employment guidance is to cultivate students' consciousness of employment subject.This paper discusses about the significance and methods of cultivating their subject consciousness,such as updating the educational ideas,strengthening students' self-teaching,helping students planning their future careers and encouraging students to take part in venture practice.
