On Education of Vocational College Students' Consciousness of Self-Protection of Employment Rights

Abstract
Vocational college students are not paying much attention to the consciousness of self-protection of employment rights.This status is to be worried and is mainly due to the low levels of consciousness of self-protection of employment rights.Some measures should be adopted to cultivate this consciousness.To improve this consciousness,we should begin with the students' self-cultivation and the reform of courses of employment guidance,take the courses of career development and employment guidance as the platform,while combining with the teaching of other courses.
