The Cultivation of Students' Subject Consciousness in University's Management

The students' subject consciousness is the performance of subjectivity in self-development,which helps colleges provide more appropriate and effective management and fully shows the innovation.The connotation and the initiative,autonomy,self-behavior and features highlight the necessity and feasibility in cultivation of students' subject consciousness.Through study on the necessity and feasibility of the students' subject consciousness in reasons,effect and power guarantee,we find the students' subject consciousness in University's management can be cultivated in cultural ideas,students' participation in management,students' self management,evaluation,etc.
