Abstract

Little consciousness of professional career planning among college students is one of the major causes of their poor employment capability and hence employment difficulty.The paper,linking the study to the current employment situation,analyses in depth the significance of cultivating students' awareness of caeer planning,and tries to build a consciousness cultivation system.
