Abstract

【Objective】 To explore the Survivin gene and heat shock protein expression in bladder cancer and their relationship to clinical application analysis.【Methods】Using immunohistochemistry method to detect the expression of Survivin gene in our hospital 150 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue and heat shock protein detection both in the pathological grade, clinical stage and the onset expression in relapse.【Results】 Survivin gene and heat shock protein expression was positive in 70 cases of bladder cancer patients, the expression of the 19 cases were negative, but almost no expression of Survivin gene and heat shock protein in normal tissues.【Conclusion】 Survivin genes and heat shock proteins in patients with bladder cancer tissue specific expression increased, will increase with increasing clinical pathological grade and tumor recurrence, but basically not expressed in normal tissues, and therefore in the bladder expression in cancer patients with a positive correlation.
