Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in large area deep burn patients with residual wound

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in large area deep burn patients with residual wounds.Methods:In our hospital 48 patients with large area deep burn wounds were randomly divided into control group with 21 cases and experimental group with 27 cases from May 2009 to May 2011,control group was given conventional treatment and routine nursing,the experiment group adopted the local bath therapy plus infrared irradiation plus injection of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) +Tangchuang oil topical treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention,two groups were compared the average wound healing time after treatment seventh,14 d positive rate of bacterial culture of wound exudate.Results:In the experimental group,the wound healing time was shorter than the control group(P0.01),after treatment seventh,14 d wound secretions bacterial culture positive rate was lower than that of control group(all P0.01).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing interventions combined use of multiple measures can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of large area deep burn patients.
