The influence of comprehensive nursing research on extensive deep burn residual wounds

Objective To observe the large area deep burn residual wound care measures and find the best implementation of a comprehensive care program.Methods All of 58 cases of extensive deep burn residual wounds were selected from July 2007 to July 2011 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into groups: 33 patients were treated as the observation group,received comprehensive care approach;25 patients were treated as the control group,received routine care.We compared the residual wound healing time of two groups,and observed the bacterial culture-positive cases.Results The residual wound healing time in the observation goup was(23.6±6.9) days,while that in the control group was(34.1±7.5) d,which in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).There was significant difference in bacterial culture positive cases of two groups in the first week and second week(P 0.05).Conclusion For patients with extensive deep burn residual wounds to give comprehensive nursing care to play its role in promoting the early healing.
